A raw count of complete 18-hole rounds a creator has broken 70 on — no averaging, no course adjustment, just how many times it's happened. Breaking 70 is a recognizable, widely understood benchmark even to viewers who don't follow handicaps closely, which is why this is tracked as a count rather than a rate like most of the other leaderboards here. That's also its honest limitation: this one rewards volume as much as quality. Think of this leaderboard as "who has the most sub-70 rounds on tape," not "who is most likely to shoot one" — those are genuinely different questions, and this only answers the first.
