Casa de Campo – Teeth of the Dog
Teeth of the Dog at Casa de Campo is an 18-hole Pete Dye course in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Built along a rugged Caribbean shoreline, it is known for seven oceanfront holes. The layout is separate from the resort's Dye Fore and Links courses.

Opened in 1971, Teeth of the Dog uses coral rock, coastal wind and shoreline greens to create its distinctive challenge. Several holes bring the sea close to the line of play, while Dye's bunkering and green contours ask for careful positioning.
The course has reopened following a restoration led by Jerry Pate Design, which renewed playing surfaces and course features while respecting Dye's design. Older videos and scorecards may show an earlier setup. When booking a round at Casa de Campo, specify Teeth of the Dog; the resort name alone does not identify which course will be played.
