About Mickelson National Golf Club

Mickelson National Golf Club is a private 18-hole championship course located in Harmony, just west of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The course is the first Canadian signature design by Phil Mickelson and his design team and is set among the rolling foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The par-72 layout stretches to 7,437 yards from the back tees, with multiple tee options allowing the course to accommodate a wide range of skill levels.

The course features dramatic elevation changes, extensive water features, bold bunkering, and wide playing corridors that provide multiple strategic routes to the greens. Mickelson's design emphasizes creative shot-making and risk-reward decisions rather than simply penalizing missed shots. The surrounding prairie and foothill landscape provides expansive views toward the Canadian Rockies, giving the course a distinctive western Canadian setting. Mickelson National transitioned to a fully private club in 2025.
